Bio:
Gary King trained to be a wrestler once but found at his height, he was struggling to get success in a world of massive bodybuilders. Refusing to give up on the business he loved as a child, Gary first trained as a referee before one night being asked to call a local independent's show when their main commentator was ill. King excelled and soon found himself the talk of the independent circuit as a top-class commentator. He was unsuccessful however getting into the WWE, WCW or even FHT as they were reluctant to hand these duties to an unproven name.
Finally, he found himself behind the desk at ELITE, calling the vast majority of matches for the organisation. After the FHT/ELITE merger, King continued to commentate for the company alongside FHT mainstays, the late Wally Wilson and A-Damn Hater. With the arrival of Legacy, it seemed like King would be working more backstage with Lbm now in behind the desk with new signing Gregory Brooks, but with Lbm's lapse into alcoholism, King was promoted back to the headset where he remains a popular fixture to both the longterm fans and the newcomers.
