PRESS CONFERENCE

As fans click on the press conference link at either FHT.com or Elite. com they are greeting by a maddening scene. Reporters and photographers are scrambling around to get the best position for the press conference. Last minute sound checks are being performed to make sure that every competitor that is scheduled to issue a statement can be heard.
Fans are quickly hurrying to their seats in the upper deck of the auditorium so as to not miss a second of the historic press conference. There are dual chants of FHT and Elite ringing thru out the auditorium.
Finally the last of the sound checks are completed. The reporters and photographers are seated prepared to capture what will be a historic press conference between the two rival companies.
After a couple more moments the theme from FHT Superstars can be heard. Walking out to greet the gathering of reporters/photographers and fans is none other then FHT's own Wally Wilson. He is decked out in a fine tuxedo. He walks up to the podium and taps the microphone to make sure that it is on. He reaches into his tuxedo and pulls out some prepared statements.
Wally Wilson: Ladies and Gentlemen of the press, fans of FHT and Elite welcome to the historical press conference for the joint FHT/Elite ppv called Hell Freezes Over. We have many of the superstars of both companies in the back.
As you can tell by the number of security guards scattered thru here, we are taking no chancing in ensuring that the fighting is saved for this sunday night at the ppv. At this time I would like to introduce to the stage, the General Manager of FHT and one fourth of the main event of Hell Freezes over, Keith Williams!
Wally Wilson picks up his papers and walks over to the end of the FHT side of the table and has a seat. "Cowboys from Hell" begins to play. Out steps FHT General Manager Keith Williams. He is decked out in his usual duster, blue jeans, white button up shirt and bottle of beer in hand.
He walks up to the podium. He takes a drink out of the beer and sets it down on the podium. He then does like Wally and pulls out some papers that have prepared statements on them.
Keith Williams: Sic vis pacem parabellum
Now I know those loyal FHT fans that have followed us for years would know what that means. But for the reporters and those brain dead wrestlers over at Elite, allow me to translate it for you.
Sic vis pacem parabellum is Italian for " If you want peace, prepare for war." And that is exactly what FHT has done during this whole time. FHT has been planning for this war for a long time. And this ppv will the fruition of those plans.
Since the day that Lbm and J-Man shocked the FHT family and bolted to England to create Elite, there has always been the threat of war between the two companies. People asked to pick sides. Are you pro FHT or pro Elite? While FHT has lost some to Elite, the same can be said about Elite.
But really it didn't come ahead till FHT IV rolled around. That night I defeated Lbm in what was suppose to be his final match ever on a FHT program. Now also at that time I made the occasional appearance over at Elite. Knowing that Lbm wouldn't take kindly to having me defeat him, that night I sat down with one Trippy P and began planning what is now known as the FHT invasion of Elite.
Really Elite hasn't had a answer for what we at FHT have brought. I stand before you as the world heavyweight champion of that company. A title that nobody in that company has yet been able to take off of me. But of course there isn't anyone in that company that can take the belt from me. There isn't a single talent in that company that can compete with me one on one in that square circle.
We struck again and again and met little resistance from the so called Elite great. All they could do is huddle together in one small lockerroom and bitch and moan like the girls that they all. They thought that they got one over on us by burning down the FHT arena.
Instead they did us a favor. That building was getting old and run down. The new arena being built in its place will be a 100 times better then the old one. This one will include state of the art everything.
Everything has gone to the plans that Trippy and myself layed out that night of FHT IV. We have beaten and bloodied the top stars of Elite. We have taken away some of their stars. We brought back one of the greatest FHT superstars in Stone Cold Steve Austin to help in our battle. We have taken their pride and the thing that they treasure the most, their world title.
Elite is left with nothing. A broken down shell of their former self. They were forced into this ppv. They have nothing left to lose. That normally would make them a dangerous foe. But when a team is disoriented and led by someone like Deon Hart, it only makes it that much easier to drive that dagger all the way thru the heart of Elite and end their miserable existence once and for all.
This sunday Trippy and myself are slated to face the team of Dark Angel and Soul Reaper in the main event of Hell Freezes Over. Two men that can never see eye to eye. I highly doubt that those two will be able to overcome their differences long enough to defeat the well oiled machine that is Trippy and myself.
One on One these men have been unable to defeat me, what makes them think that together they can achieve that. Plus with the FHT World Champion as my tag team partner, that task is impossible.
This Sunday night, FHT will go 7-0 against Elite showing them and all of their fan base that FHT is the stronger of the two companies and Elite will be forced to acknowledge this and close their doors forever.
With that Keith picks up his papers. He picks up his beer and takes another drink out of it. He then walks over and sits down at the head of the FHT side of the podium.

We now go to Wally Wilson who is standing at the podium. Wilson shuffles some papers and clears his throat.
Wilson: Ladies and gentlemen, our next conference is about the the Three Levels of Hell match. The match is a 3-Level Cage match, with absolutely no rules. With the circumstances that occured in the last match, there must be a winner. Let me introduce one of the competitor's, Satan.
"Walking Tall" by Godsmack hits as Satan walks out with his oak stick. His forehead has a gigantic band-aid from the last couple of weeks. He is wearing a black dress shirt, black dress pants, and black dress shoes. He nods at Keith Williams, and takes the microphone.
Satan: The last couple of weeks, I've experienced pain that I've never felt. I've been dropped/wrapped/hit with razor wire, throw down stairs, and was hit with steps and put through a table. Yet, I am still here today, in great physcial shape, and moderately decent mental shape. In a few days, I still into Three Levels of Hell, a match I've never experienced. Casey, what can you do you to me that hasn't been done to me in the last few week?
Satan steps away from the podium.
Burn me? I've been on fire enough times to have the firefighters have a code for me.
Steel chairs? The amount of chairs I've been hit with could fill up to fill up Yankees Stadium.
Tables? I've broken enough wood that I'm not getting morning wood anymore.
Ladders? I've been hit with ladders of every height, shape, side, and I could be on HSN to shill a ladder.
Bats? I've been hit with so many bats, I'm thinking of working for the Louisville Slugger bat company.
Barb/Razor Wire? I've been hit with enough of that stuff that you could border the enitre United States.
That cage? I've been in every type of cage style, and look.
Satan walks back to the podium.
Satan: Jump on it Casey, and see how tough you really are.
Satan walks to his seat on the FHT side.

At This point Crausher Casey gets up to the mic, and as he GLARES over at SaTan, he just Grins, but it is the type of grin that sends the hair on the back of your neck standing up, Casey starts to speak......
[glow=red,2,300] Well SaTan, you claim to know what pain is and on how much you love it, Well Come time for our match "YOU WILL BE BEGGING ME TO END YOUR PITIFUL LITTLE LIFE", you see everyday I live with pain and suffering, I have Bleed for this sport, You people in FHT think you have it figured out on what it takes to win, WELL ASSWIPE you DON'T, you need to have 3 major things to be a TRUE winner, 1) A desire to be the BEST, you do not have it, 2) A goal to obtain the most and be the most you can be, and again SaTan you do not , last 3) HEART...this is something that you and FHT will never have, and without it you will NEVER BEAT ME....you came dam close the last time we meet, but this time it is in a match that I have been training for my whole life, I know every inch and every gap in the Cages, the week spots and most of all the strongest points, do you, "NO", this match will bring you to a place that you even in your wildest dreams could ever think about, you will think after it is all said and done "why did i ever agree to do this match", so for now just notify your loved ones, if you have any that this just might be you LAST MATCH EVER.... [/glow]
With at Casey just takes his seat, and looks over at LBM who seems to be caught by surprise on what Casey had to say, LBM steps up to the mic next......

The Press Conference
The joint press conference between FHT & ELITE continues as the gathered wrestling media are awaiting the arrival of the next speaker. On one side of the long table the FHT monster Satan and FHT General Manager & ELITE Undisputed Champion Keith Williams.
On the other side sits the ELITE phenemenon and half of the ELITE/FHT tag team champions known as Crusher Casey. Casey sits down looking confident not minding that he sits there by himself. Wally Wilson who is chairing this whole press conference goes back up to the podium.
Wally Wilson: And now ladies and gentlemen introducing ELITE superstar, The F'N Legend! Challenging for the FHT Hardcore Championship some four and a half years since the day he became the 1st ever FHT Hardcore Champion! He is an FHT Hall of Famer, but also the man who has spent the last two and a half years trying all he could to put the FHT out of business! He is "The F'N Legend"..... L B M!!!!!!
Applause from the media and journalists out of respect for all that Lbm has accomplished in his career. Stepping out in a suit and tie with sunglasses and stubble Lbm immediately steps into the face of FHT General Manager and ELITE Undisputed Champion Keith Williams. Keith smirks in Lbm's face as Lbm shows him the middle finger.
Lbm walks past Keith Williams now and steps up to the podium. As the applause dies down we hear some boos from hardcore FHT fans who have attended this exclusive press conference. Lbm waits for the noise to die down as he removes his sunglasses to a some more cheers.
Lbm: Hey ShadowWalker?! Where's your buddy Trippy P? Is he coming here tonite or whats the deal? Is he even gonna show to the pay per view? I mean he didn't bother his ass showing up to the last FHT Superstars which by the way - my hats off to you - you and your FHT buddies booked one hell of a show that really... really just got people so excited about this pay per view!!! Its the reason why we're all here at this little press conference. Because on the eve of the biggest single pay per view in the history of both ELITE and the FHT - well FHT just dropped the ball and couldn't sell or book shit on that last show!
You know what Keith Williams I actually respect you... I think that your actually one of the best FHT ever produced. We've spent three years hating each other and getting on the microphones and never once I can ever recall it getting boring or dull. But Keith Williams you ain't no leader of the FHT. If anyone here thinks that Keith Williams is calling any shots - then your wrong. You see Trippy P has and always will be the man with all the stroke behind the scenes in the FHT. And where is the big high up exhalted leader of the F'N Hardcore Territory right now? Sitting in a corner huffing because I had the balls to book him in a match without fucking premission!
I don't read from no gawd damn script. As people will so many times tell you - I just shoot shoot shoot shoot shoot shoot shoot my fuckin mouth off! And let this be no exception. I hate FHT! I hate everything about it. I created it... I was the man who began it and there was never anyone who loved that place as much as me. There was never anyone who loved telling classic FHT stories as much as me. And there was never no one who went out there and tried to create new stars as much as Lbm! And they shit on me! They shit on me and my career. And so I walked out with my buddy _the j-man and we created a company... ELITE. With one mission - that was to make the best damn indy wrestling federation in the world and ultimately put the FHT out of business! And here we stand today... hours away from the final destruction of the company I created...
Keith Williams has taken exception to the words of Lbm as he stands up and is being held back now by Wally Wilson and a couple of members of security on the podium. Crusher Casey with both FHT and ELITE tag title belts on the desk in front of him and stands beside Lbm as the press begin snapping pictures upon pictures.
Lbm: Sit down Keith you had your chance. You see HELL FREEZES OVER... The best two wrestlers in ELITE today - Soul Reaper and Dark Angel go into the ring and take on the best FHT has to offer. Soul Reaper has stood on the top of ELITE for almost a year - no one came even close to taking that belt off him until Keith Williams cheated his way to that title. Soul Reaper is the best performer in and out of the ring EVER as far as I'm concerned. And he hates everyone! He hates you Keith Williams cause you took his title belt and you did nothing with it. He hates Trippy P cause he knows just what type of asshole Trippy P is and how's guarded his profile so closely at the expense of others.
Dark Angel is the man who will lead ELITE in the future. He is the man who despite the fact that he didnt play ball alongside me and _the j-man - earned the respect of every single wrestler inside that locker room when he worked his way up from nothing to the top. He the greatest wrestler in the history of ELITE never to wear a championship and that only makes his desire to suceed that much greater. Dark Angel and Reaper represent everything ELITE is about and I damn proud to call them two men the best and damn proud that they are representing ELITE in the biggest match of ELITE's life! There are no two better wrestlers! And yeah they might not like each other personally. But that just means there won't be no sentimentality between them in battle. If one dies - the other ain't gonna bow down and cry - he's gonna go on and win the fight for the team! And TEAM ELITE will be victorious Sunday night!!!
Members of the press begin shouting questions at Lbm as some fans applaud and chant "ELITE" as Lbm finishes speaking. Lbm points to one reporter and asks to hear his question.
Bill Apter: Lbm this Sunday night you challenge for the FHT Hardcore Championship in what would be your 31st FHT Hardcore Championship reign if you win... What are your thoughts on your opponent Eric Scorpio?
Lbm: Eric Scorpio is without question one of the most promising superstars FHT has got its hands on in the past two years. Since I walked out on FHT over two years ago - FHT has suvived off the names of the past. It has promoted old stars and old rivallaries and used nostalgia to get fans to watch. All the while any new talent FHT has got it's hands on has quickly and quietly faded off into the night. Well Eric Scorpio is the greatest talent FHT has got it hands on in all that time and yet has no promoted at all.
The FHT Hardcore Championship was the centre piece on which FHT was built. Eric Scorpio is that champion and up until last week was booked in that filler battle royal. What does that tell you about the current regime in FHT? Eric Scorpio should be at the top of this company and should have been marketted as such. He can put on a hell of a match and can do a hell of an interview and yet as FHT Hardcore Champion - he can't even get his named booked on FHT show against anyone other than a jobber or another newcommer that the FHT old guy network don't care about.
Eric Scorpio has respect for this industry. Eric Scorpio has respect for who came before him and I believe has a huge career ahead of him in wrestling - IF he decides to get out of the FHT and seek employment elsewhere. I look forward to facing Eric Scorpio on the pay per view - cause what we're gonna do is put a hell of a show. We're gonna make a match that will put every oldtimer on FHT to shame. And I tell you what I gonna do - when I beat him... And I will beat him - I'm gonna offer that kid my hand and tell him well done! I might even offer him a job! I'm done talking! Thank you!

Interim ELITE Comissioner Sally Wilson
As Lbm sits down, ELITE commissioner Sally Wilson makes her way out onto the podium to some cat calls from crude FHT fans and cheers and applauds from proud ELITE fans. Her entrance seems to shock the media and Wally Wilson who was chairing the conference who didn't have a chance to introduce her.
Wally Wilson: Ladies and gentlemen not scheduled at this time... the Interim Commissioner of ELITE Ms Sally Wilson!!!
Sally Wilson: Ladies and gentlemen of the press... in recent light of the rumors circulating involving the future of ELITE I will now take several questions you may have concerning any rumors you may have read on the future of ELITE!!!
Loads of fanfare here now as many flashbulbs go off and reporters all clamour to get a question in. You can see the serious look on Sally Wilson's face here as she finally takes a question from a reporter.
Dave Sherer: Ms Wilson, according to reports ELITE is in serious financial trouble here in 2007. There have been similar problems for ELITE in terms in of dropping ratings and losses. Notably in November 2005 ELITE relaunched after closing down for a month, and similarly over Christmas 2006, ELITE's future was in jepordary. Coming so soon after it's last crisis - what state is ELITE in right now?
Sally Wilson: Honestly I can confirm that ELITE is in fact in some serious financial hardship. ELITE have not presented a pay per view thus far in 2007. In 2006 we had five by this point and in 2005 we had six by the point on the calender. Each ppv generates around £100,000 in ticket sales, £10,000 in merchandise and about £200,000 in pay per view buys. Obviously this is a huge chunk we have taken out of our usual earnings. The upcoming pay per view has sold out and we do expect to do a very large figure from it but the money will be shared with FHT.
Furthermore during the course of this past two months we cut the number of shows ELITE presents a month in half in order for our wrestlers to appear on FHT Superstars. This has again hurt us revenue wise. The fact our world title belt is worn by FHT superstar Keith Williams has also affected things where previous champions attended many special appearances on behalf of the company. Take into account we are paying many big contracts to different wrestlers - well ELITE is very shakey right now! I do believe things can be fixed with the right investment oppurtunities however. FHT vs ELITE "HELL FREEZES OVER" will undoubtably make us a lot of money and create a lot of exposure for us... We just have to make sure and capitalize on it.
Peter Heggs: Will FHT and ELITE continue to co-exist past HELL FREEZES OVER?
Sally Wilson: We are in the very early stages of negotiating more ELITE vs FHT matches/specials following this pay per view. At the minute all energies are focused on the upcoming ppv. We realise that there were certain elements to this rivallary that didn't work out much like we intended. There was a lot going on and we believe with so many superstars making their returns on already packed shows - it somewhat diluted the impact of their returns! Stone Cold Steve Austin returning for FHT should have received a lot more attention but undoubtably wasn't given the attention it deserved. Similarly David, The Peep's Champ, Blade and Junco Junky who all made re-appearances should have been focused on more but were not!
Peter Heggs: If you book another FHT vs ELITE show what matches would you like to promote?
Sally Wilson: I believe there are many avenues in which to look in to. I believe certainly the ELITE Undisputed Championship needs to back on an ELITE wrestler and that Blue and Dark Angel are definitely fit for the position. I believe Reaper vs Red Ninja should be be included on any upcoming card. Lbm vs Stone Cold Steve Austin NEEDS to happen as both men have been waiting along time to fight each other. I would also like Eric Scorpio and "Sick" Nick working for ELITE respectively.
Andrew Robinson: Would you consider selling ELITE? In recent months criticism has grown of the management and booking and many superstars have spoken publicly at their disastisfaction of the booking. There are strong rumors some stars may walk past this pay per view.
Sally Wilson: We are looking into changing the way in which ELITE is booked yes. But I can not comment on possibly selling the company. No further questions!
