Bio:
Never given much guidance as a youth, he chose the route less advisable, and went into professional wrestling. He never knew his father, the man have was named after, who ran off when he was young. His mother neglected him thoroughly, and thus, he found solace in watching wrestling and other sports on TV, and athletics in school. Despite his athletic gifts, he was not a good student, and clashed with all different levels of authority, before getting out of the system all together. After doing some jail time for some assault charges and aggravated menacing, and decided he needed to take a different approach to life, or he'd be in prison.
Maynard would go to the Western Michigan University, where he received a wrestling scholarship. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. Maynard started his wrestling training in Michigan, working at Verizon to pay the bills, before moving up the ladder and getting a higher paying job with that company in Chicago. Making more money, Maynard would continue his training at one of the top wrestling schools in Chicago, which would lead to him getting bookings all over the Midwest, and eventually in Toronto. Maynard would soon begin wrestling full time, hitting the road working shows in New York, Florida, California, all over the United States. He really impressed in a Junior Heavyweight tournament in northern California, which ended up getting him a tryout match in front of some top executives at a Japanese promotion, which was his dream, to work in Japan.
Instead of being one of the young guys who got their face on TV at an early age, Maynard always wanted to ply his craft and gain a solid foundation before entering the realm of big time television, not wanting to wear out his face for the fans, opting to avoid burning out at all costs.
Very menacing and aggressive, Maynard is an individual who will inflict punishment on his opponents by any means and do whatever it takes to win and get ahead. He has no mercy or remorse, and is very strategic in the way he approaches the business, and how he wants to become the premier superstar. He doesn't care about being commercialized and he doesn't want to be "easy to digest for children"... he's a human torture device, in his mind, and his job is to dismantle his opponent for the day and move on to the next one until he has that World championship wrapped around his waist. He'd love nothing more than to have wrestlers seeking him out and throwing themselves in front of the murder machine that is his being.
