MY FAVORITE FEUD... LBM & NIN HORROR
Now I have had many great feuds over the years with pretty much everyone here and maybe some day I will talk a little about some more of them. But LBM/NIN Horror always sticks in my mind as being my all time favourite.
In early days FHT feuds kind of kicked off - finished and began again and finished and were revisited. They also had a tendancy to get a little personal. I am famed for being a shooter but most people in here through in a lot of personal jibes in their promos when they were feuding.
LBM/NIN Horror - I couldn't really recall a really epic promo between us. This was just a great storyline. NIN and me didn't really know each other personally. He came in I believe through the P2PW connection ELITE had. _the j-man was instrumental in bringing in P2PW guys into ELITE. They had their full on efed experience in P2PW and then they had our unique take on efed in ELITE.
But regardless we didn't have much to do with each other. I can't remember if we ever sat down and decided to feud or what. Maybe NIN would know? But I remember we were going to have a match. At this point we were FHT/ELITE with FHT and ELITE titles still in circulation.
Everyone was having these feuds were they talked for four weeks and then fought on ppv. I just wanted a feud were we fough in the ring as much as possible. And that's what happened.
I believe we fought three consecutive weeks on tv. LBM/NIN Horror with a bit were NIN actually struck one of my young children sitting in the crowd. Title changes were politicked to the balls in here - we both had titles - FHT Hardcore and ELITE Global Honored Crown so we decided we wouldn't care.
We both became double champions in this period and both defeated and lost titles to each other. Hell of a lot of fun and it was all relatively off the cuff. Then began the love affair. NIN and Sally Wilson. At this point Sally was my ex wife (w/ 2 of my kids) and daughter of Wally Wilson. Lbm and Sally were back together and to be remarried - it's so lame I know but it was pretty over.
I think this began the Lbm face turn (he had been heel during the initial FHT vs ELITE feud). Lbm had flip flopped many times but I think was more over as a snivelling heel in this period and when Lbm/NIN began feuding - this was his gradual turn. Lbm was gonna be portrayed as being a little bit abusive to Sally and then NIN started to make the moves.
I remember NIN writing a great promo with the two of them smoking - such a contrast to the mother figure she appeared as in the stuff I wrote. The thing was if Lbm had watched this show he'd have known what was going on but he was oblivious and no one ruined this at this time. NIN/Sally had this affair in the middle of this feud and Lbm/Sally were due to get married. She got pregnant and of course we didn't know who was gonna be the father.
............
IT WAS SO GREAT DOING THIS... Then we booked the Lbm/Sally wedding which was to be the whole reveal of this. But then I believe it was either Satan or TPC vacated the ELITE title and we were without an ELITE world champion. So at short notice we needed a new champion.
We had to put the date of the wedding episode of Legacy back to fit in a tournament. LBM/NIN clashed in the tournament too and I remember someone saying - that LBM/NIN shouldn't be in the tournament final (Ace Andrews won this). But we should have been - our feud was that hot.
We did this great stag night episode of Legacy. Lbm had the night off and Stone Cold and _the j-man amongst others actually came back and cut a vignette for the stag night of Lbm. While Lbm got drunk - NIN Horror spent the night with Sally Wilson.
It was great. We get to the wedding delayed a week due to the Elite tournament. Lbm fought Trippy P his sworn enemy on the day of his wedding and was beat up in his wedding tuxedo before the wedding. And then it all comes out in the ring about Sally being pregnant and it might be NIN Horror's kid.
NIN and me had so much fun with this. And the "shock" ending me and NIN agreed on. We were gonna kill Sally Wilson off. We would fight outside the arena and Sally would be run over. Three weeks before (we had so planned all this) I decided I didn't want to kill off a pregnant woman. It was originally gonna be loosely thought that Lbm would be responsible for her death but since I felt Lbm was getting more face reactions - I decided to have Lbm killed off without telling NIN in advance.
He didn't know and so when we left the arena following the wedding. Lbm and NIN fought into the road - Sally tried to break it up. She got pushed into the path of a moving lorry and LBM valiantly saved her and got hit and died!!!
..................................................................
I didn't log onto FHT for 3/4 weeks after this. I wanted to sell this OOC as much as I could. I only spoke with NIN through email. To be fair some guys sold it - I remember Ninja wearing a black armband.
But at this point I think myself/Nin both failed the story - we were exhausted from the feud/each other. Ideally NIN would have kept my name out there and bragged about my death amping the heel heat. But he took a few weeks off. Also I had hoped to start promoing as Lbm's son Eitthan and begin that feud - Eitthan vs NIN Horror but that never materialised.
LBM returned from the dead at FHT... Number Escapes Me... Was about 2 months after he died. We didn't even properly explain how he survived the smash - he just defeated NIN Horor for the FHT Hardcore belt. Sally remained pregnant and it was announced she had a daughter 8 months later. And the DNA test revealed that NIN was the father.
The feud was always meant to be revisited but we never did. Maybe NIN got sick of me. But this was my favourite feud. Thanks NIN!!!!

i am so offended that you didnt choose me!
all kidding aside, i have 2. the first ever big ass extreme bash feud was great. mainly because it ended with such a great match. plus dijon and i always clicked when we worked together.
the other one was my "mentally sick" nick storyline. that was half feud/half story. the first half of that storyline was my feud with keith that led to me attempting suicide in the middle of the ring. that followed up with the most fun i ever had in the fht, when i was in a mental institution. and of course that led to my first ever heel turn against david. i had that all planned out from my feud with keith to my heel turn and feud with david. i thought it was my best storyline ever (although honorable mention has to go to my andre roussimoff storyline... i think dijon may still be pissed at me for that one).
actually, mentioning david, i cant forget to add my first ever feud in the fht. like dijon, both keith and david clicked with me.

David vs "Sick" Nick stole the show at FHT One! The ambulance blowing up post match was so over the top but it just came out of nowhere. It was an excellent read of a match too. Nick came in soo strong and David looked a million dollars in defeat to. Truly cemented both you guys as the truly hardcore of our little fed.
Thanks for the props for Big A$$ Extreme Bash! I loved that match because at the time the guys hated me OOC and hadn't really been giving me any props for anything I done. But me and you Nicky - we had the Match of the Frickin Year!!!
Don't forget Nick came out as gay during that Mentally "Sick" Nick run too! Very unpredictable streak. When you think of it - I always had you as the Sting/Mick Foley of FHT. Well Sting done something similar in TNA a couple of years ago like Mentally "Sick" Nick did 10 years ago.
